David Krushe
Mr. Krushe is a professional development consultant and evaluator in the areas of democracy and governance; civil society; lobbying and advocacy, constituency outreach coalition building and Cross-sector partnerships. He has over 20 years of experience working with grassroots organizations, NGOs, political parties, businesses and government institutions in the US; assessments of good governance and civil society programs in Bulgaria Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, and in the countries of the Western Balkans, program management and development assistance in Azerbaijan and Uganda.
Mariana Milosheva
Mrs. Milosheva has over 25 years of consulting experience in qualitative research, evaluations of various scope, action research and feasibility studies, organizational development assistance and facilitation of strategy development in the areas of civil society, good governance, community development, empowerment and social inclusion of vulnerable groups in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the Western Balkans and the wider Black Sea region.
Georgi Genchev
Mr. Genchev has over 20 years of experience in project and program design, development, management and evaluation and assistance in non-profit organizational and strategy development. Consultant to NGOs and public institutions in the fields of civil society development, monitoring and evaluation, strategy development, inclusive education, children rights, Roma inclusion, etc.
Anna Ivanova
Mrs. Anna Ivanova has over 20 years of work experience as program manager, consultant, advisor, and evaluator in the areas of local development in deprived regions and social innovation for overcoming structural poverty and exclusion of Roma disadvantaged communities. Excellent knowledge of community-based approaches of Roma empowerment and the advantages and challenges of local partnerships for Roma integration, as well as good understanding of the linkages between projects and programs to broader policy frameworks.
